The other day, I was scrolling through Twitter and stumbled upon an interesting quote from B.C. Forbes:

“The man who is intent on making the most of his opportunities is too busy to bother about luck.”

I love it.

Because let’s be real – how many times have you heard someone say that you need to get “lucky” to become successful in this industry?

That you need to be in the right place at the right time, or know the right people, or have some kind of magical “it” factor that sets you apart?

It’s a load of crap.

And unfortunately, it’s a belief that holds so many coaches back from reaching their full potential.
